How do I start service?

Getting started is easy – just call, text, or fill out our online quote form to let us know you’re interested. We’ll make sure your address falls within our service area and then provide you a clear quote for the cleanup plan that suits you. Once you approve, we’ll schedule your first scoop right away. (Bonus: if you’re signing up for recurring service, your first cleanup is free!)

How does billing work?

Our service is prepaid month-to-month for your convenience. We’ll securely charge your credit/ debit card, or ACH on the 1st of each month for that month’s scheduled visits. If you start service mid-month, no worries - we only charge for the weeks remaining in that month. Everything is automated via our online system, and you’ll receive a receipt each month. No paper bills, no hassle.

What happens to the waste?

We take care of the waste so you don’t have to. After scooping, our technician will double-bag all pet waste in sturdy bags and place it in your outdoor garbage bin (or any designated disposal spot you prefer). This ensures the waste is contained, odor-free, and disposed of according to Seattle’s guidelines (scoop it, bag it, trash it). If you’d rather not use your bin at all, we can haul away the bagged waste for a small additional fee in some areas,  just let us know your preference when signing up. Either way, you’ll never have to deal with the poop or smell; we take care of it for you in a safe and sanitary manner.

Do I need to bring my dog inside?

No need to be home – enjoy your day while we do the work! As long as your yard is accessible to us (please unlock any gates), our team can perform the cleanup. Friendly dogs can stay in the yard; we love meeting your pups! If your dog is nervous or reactive around strangers, we recommend bringing them indoors before we arrive for everyone’s safety. You’ll get a text notification 30–60 minutes before our visit, so you know when to expect us. And rest assured, we always secure your gate when we leave (we even send a photo of the locked gate for peace of mind).

Do you work in bad weather, and what if you miss a spot?

Absolutely! We scoop dog poop rain or shine, year-round. The only time weather might interrupt service is in cases of extreme conditions (like heavy snow or severe storms), and even then we’ll simply shift your visit by a day or so and keep you informed. And if we ever do miss a spot or you’re not completely happy with a cleanup, just let us know. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll return and re-scoop free of charge.
